Bobrisky’s Biography
Bobrisky’s real name is Okuneye Idris Olanrewaju and was born on August 31, 1992, in Ebute Meta, Lagos. Though Lagos-born, he hails from the neighbouring Ogun State.
He grew up in a polygamous home as his father had three wives, and he was the last of many children.
Bob had his secondary school education at King’s College in Lagos State and graduated from the University of Lagos (UNILAG).
While Idris’ affinity with girly looks began at a very young age, it was during his period in the university campus that this magnified.
Bobrisky’s mother (now late) used to frown at the concept of her son turning out to be a male barbie. He, however, eventually created and became known with this controversial persona.
During his program in UNILAG, he was known to be a very talented makeup artist, and according to his old-time schoolmates, girls around the campus then often sought his makeover service.
Apart from being a makeup artist, Bobrisky is a Nigerian media personality who is also known to have a commendable dress sense. As a student, he had won the award for the best-dressed male on campus.
Idris ventured full-time into the world of beauty therapy & makeup art upon his graduation from UNILAG.
Due to his highly controversial nature, especially on social media, Bob could gather traffic to his Snapchat account.
In one of his kinky posts (by Nigerian standards), he claimed that he’d a lover, assumed to be of masculine gender. This was in spite of the Nigerian Constitution, which makes the same-sex relationship an offense, which is punishable by serving fourteen years in a penitentiary.
He introduced into the Nigerian society, with his character, a set of ethics & morals, which were divorced from the norm.
Hence, he has been received with mixed feelings, with a fair share of admirers and critics.
As regards Bobrisky’s religion, he’s a Muslim because his parents were devotees of that religion, but he loves attending church programs:
“I am not a practising Muslim. If I have to be a practising Muslim, I will have to do ablution five times a day and apply make-up after each ablution and that will be very stressful,” he said in an interview.
Bobrisky’s Cars and Houses
The acclaimed king of Snapchat has a number of cars, including a Benz, which he claimed was a gift from his bae, a G-Wagon, he bought last year from proceeds of his business.

Bobrisky’s Lifestyle
Bobrisky has faced many aspersions about his sexuality that he now seems to have developed a thick skin for them.
While some people have called him gay, others regard him as a transgender.
On his Instagram handle, he posted: “I’m prettier than 70% women in Nigeria, so, please stop hating, come and learn from Bobrisky. Did I hear some of you saying I don’t have a pussy and breast? Oh sorry, what has your breast and pussy given you? iPhone and 100k? I am sorry for you. I don’t have any butt but my bae got me a Benz and a house.
“Some of you that have breast and pussy, have you asked yourself why your man still cheat on you. Awon Olodo. The day the bloggers will know my bae, chai, most of you girls will cry.”
The highlight of Bob’s persona on social media is his transformation photos (before & after photos). Just like the majority of Africans, he was born with very dark skin. But with time, thanks to his skin-whitening collection, he’s developed a glowing white complexion.
Apart from these controversy-generating photos, on social media, he also posts things many Nigerians find queer. The cross-dresser had once declared that he is one of the women in the world that observe their monthly period discharge.
“Imagine I’m going through hard pain here… one idiot will now tell me he/she likes me without giving me some dollars. I will swear for you”.
“I will go through pain while trying to look good for you. I won’t ear what I like just because I want to keep my shape for you. My monthly period comes with so much pain. While drilling me on bed I’m going through pain probably because your d is too big.”
“With all this I mentioned yet you will tell me I won’t charge you. Story for the God. If you can’t pay move to a cheaper girl. Period no be by force.”
This has made both his critics and fans wonder if gay people also menstruate.
